My one issue is that the ost hasn't been released on Spotify or Youtube or anything yet and I need it soon it's so good.Annapurna Games, LLC ( trade name: Annapurna Interactive) is an American video game publisher. Everyone should play Solar Ash, I cannot recommend it enough. It's quite short but I can tell I'm going to put a lot of time into this game, via all achievements, replays, and even some speedrunning. Solar Ash is a true achievement and without a doubt the greatest game released this year, in my opinion of course. Solar Ash reignited that spark that has always been in the gaming medium, the one that only games like Mario 64, Majora's Mask, Katana Zero, Furi, Disco Elysium, and even Heart Machine's previous game, Hyper Light Drifter can invoke.

That really hit hard this year with Far Cry 6 and COD: Vanguard being underwhelming to say the least. I'm sick and tired of games straying from fun, feeling more like cash grabs than works of art that people were proud and happy to create.

If there is one word I would use to describe Solar Ash it would just be fun.

The story is really enjoyable and had my interest to the very end. The areas are interconnected and feel real. The movement is some of the best in all of games, it feels so unique and fluid and it's used wonderfully in the boss fights especially. Every note of music, every triumphant boss, every area is so incredibly designed to just be fun. Every note of music, every triumphant boss, every area Solar Ash is an incredible reminder of how video games are an art form above all else.
